Spruce Interior is a New York based full-service interior design studio. Susan Galvani, Founder & Principal Designer, creates warm sophisticated interiors that uniquely express each individual client. The firm takes a narrative approach to design and is sensitive to each project’s architectural character and geographical setting. Comfort is at the heart of our interiors, with inviting furnishings that encourage everyday living. We value the interplay of old and new, pairing vintage finds with modern pieces to create spaces that feel layered, personal, and collected over time. Susan holds a degree from the New York School of Interior Design and a Bachelor’s in Art History from Williams College. Prior to embarking on her career in interior design, she worked at the Whitney Museum of American Art.
